2026 Happy New Year

Sitting here looking out my window at the dull color of a grey Michigan day. I find myself unacquainted with the nothingness and slow pace. Now is the time to rest and think of the future. Not do the future just think about it. As I put words together for a newsletter I am thrilled with the possibility of the clean slate of 2026 and the enormity of it at the same time. Spilling over seed catalogs, putting time lines together, filling our events calendar are my immediate goals for the day.

For now I am watching a cardinal look for a snack and the white ground reminding me it’s time to rest. So I guess I will take natures suggestion for the day.
